In this workshop you will learn how to make salt preserved lemons. A staple in Middle Eastern kitchens, this lemon umami flavor makes a wonderful addition to salad dressings. At the end of this workshop you will go home with several jars of preserving lemons. You will also go home with a recipe for the process and for a delicious salad dressing.
