In this class we will be making several varieties of pickles with carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, radishes and diakon. We will be making a fermented pickles as opposed to a quick pickle, meaning that we will use salt and time to make a fermented vegetable snack. In this workshop you will be able to customize your pickles with spices and herbs. You will go home with several jars of pickled vegetables.
